Attached you will find a list of scholarships that will be awarded at the Senior Awards Assembly on Wednesday evening, June 6, 2012. If you meet the criteria for one or more of the awards listed and would like to be considered, please submit your Letter of Application addressed to “The Scholarship Committee” along with an Activities Record, and hand it to Mrs. Maggi in the Main Office on or before Wednesday, February 1, 2012.

Basil Pizzuto CAREER FRONTIERSValley Hospital will once again sponsor its Career Frontiers Program this summer. Career Frontiers offers opportunities for students to participate in paid internships, working with professional mentors in various health and medical departments.
Career Frontiers is a four-week, work-study employment program. Students must be at least 16 years old as of 7/1/12 and have completed either their sophomore or junior year. This program is not open for students already in RAHP. The program will begin on July 16, 2012 and conclude on August 10, 2012. The Career Frontiers Program combines hospital work experience with educational experiences, allowing students to work a scheduled shift from 8 am to 3 pm. Twice a week, students will take a tour or hear a presentation by a Valley Professional. If you are interested in this great opportunity, come to room 250, speak to Ms. Stoughton and pick up an application packet. Application packets must be returned completed and presented in a large envelope to Ms. Stoughton by Thursday, February 16th. Large Envelope contains: • Completed application • Recommendation letter • One page essay BAND BLANKET FUNDRAISERThe RHS band is pleased to offer you a maroon “sweatshirt” blanket made of heavyweight 11 oz. 80% cotton/20% polyester fleece.

Behind the Wheel Registration"Behind the Wheel" registration forms are available in the Main Office. The NJ State Written Test Will be offered the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of every month in Room 12, during Unit Lunch.
